Day 17: User testing results

On this week our UI team did a user testing while using WhatsApp as their tool of communication. Several conclusions were made as a result of that.

1. Minimal text should be used in the app. Overload of sentences disturb the user who’s walking.

2. The users invited to the walk must live in the same neighborhood of the user who’s initiating the walk. Every chain that opens must take into consideration the location of the users invited.

3. A map was essential for the users participating in the walk.

4. The users didn’t follow the exact path which the app created for them. In fact, they found it redundant.

5. People participated more in the afternoon.
