In today’s meeting we discussed the flow of the app. We soon realized after going over our wireframes that perhaps we haven’t thought enough of our persona while building it. Hence, we came to understand that the homepage must be a bit less sporty and more simple and focused on friends. That way, we will solve more thoroughly our lazy persona's needs. Moreover, we started to discuss the problems that might occur when opening the app and creating a chain of walk. We realized that not everyone on the app would agree to the time slot they are given for a pick up, even after allowing them room for negotiation. As a result, we thought to change the way the chain starts by allowing each user to broadcast the location of his walk and that way invite friends nearby to join the chain by picking them up. At the same time, users at home who want to start a walk can open their app and see which other users are already walking near by them. Such live data can allow users to signle each other that they are close by and therefore walk together.

Furthermore, we decided to create a google doc on which we’ll write the “human” characteristics of our app, and therefore be more persistent and focused when building the wireframes of the app. By next week we must close that list with 5 characteristics and a few options of names for our app.
