Today our group presented our idea in front of the entire class and the mentors. We were very nervous but yet excited for this occasion as it was the first time we had to clearly and easily explain it other people. The feedback we received was very helpful and made us rethink of different things we couldn't notice without fresh new eyes. After the presentation we continued discussing the execution of the idea.

During the meeting we decided upon a few guidelines for our app:

1. Every user must bring one friend to the app so that he at least knows one other user on it.

2. When a friend (X) walks to a user's (Y) house, Y can feel the responsibility of coming down stairs and taking a walk with X.

3. The two friends walk to Z's house, who is Y's friend. Now, it is Y's turn to get Z out of the house, as he has the responsibility to walk to Z's house.

4. Once X and Y arrive to Z's house, X can decide if he wants to continue walking with Y and his friend Z or to return home. Z has the responsibility to come downstairs to his friend Y and walk with him to Z's other friend, thus helping the chain go on.

As a result the app works on a system of "a friend brings a friend". Furthermore, every user has both the responsibility of walking with the friend who came to their house and also the responsibility of walking to another friend's house and taking them out of their house for a walk. Such a system creates a chain of responsibility, leading friends to walk with their friends and perhaps even with their mutual friends.

A chart that explains the guidelines:

However, several dilemmas were raised due to these guidelines:

1. What will be the scenario each user will go through when opening the app?

2. When and how will they sign up for a walk?

3. How will the app suit every user's needs in terms of the pace of the walk, the difficulty of the walk etc.?

4. How will the group be synchronized?

5. What happens when one user bails?

6. How and when does a group of users schedule a walk?

7. How and when should a user use the app?
