Day 4: New route calculation

In today's meeting we discussed the option of choosing another idea under the umbrella of "meeting people". The reason for that was that many people in the group felt frustrated with the chosen idea and wanted to discuss other options. Moreover, some people were concerned with the fact that other groups in miLAB chose the same topic as ours-sports. Hence, we met early in the morning to give other ideas a last chance to be heard.

During the meeting a few ideas were brought up to the table:

1. An app for children, in which they create a game/a video and send it to other users who then continue it. Thus, creating a chain of a collaboration.

2. An app for finding parking spots through friends.

3. An app for car accidents

4. An app for live chats

5. An app for sport

At the end of the meeting we decided to work with the idea of parking spots as every member in the group felt they could relate to it. However, after giving it a second thought we realized it doesn't really bring people together and might be a bit problematic to do since many existing apps already solve that need. Hence, we decided to go back to our previous idea that encourages people to do sport and agreed wholeheartedly that by focusing on the need and on the persona we could create something that truly solves a problem. Later on, we split into groups of work, while each group was given a different task to accomplish until our next meeting. One group had to do a market research for similar apps, the other had to interview potential users, and the last one had to do a user research.

Lastly, we decided to meet next Tuesday, in a more casual set, to do something fun together in hopes of getting closer to each other.
